This consultation concerns periodic visits to vessels in the dredging service, ports and the River Agency by a classification society. The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement with maximum is entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. No variants are allowed. This is a framework agreement with single-party purchase orders with a maximum annual amount of €200,000 excluding VAT per year. The amounts will be the same for each rollover period

This consultation shall include conditions of implementation of an environmental nature, the details of which are set out in the CCAP. Compliance with these provisions is a condition for the conformity of the offer. A tender containing reservations or not complying with these specific conditions of performance will be declared irregular on the grounds of non-compliance with the specifications. The contracting authority reserves the right to entrust the service provider with the performance of similar services on the basis of the provisions of the Public Procurement Code
