The KRZN intends to conclude a framework agreement for each tendered lot (a total of 4 lots) with one company (contractor) in accordance with § 21 para. 3 VgV and a term of 12 (twelve) months, with the unilateral option in favour of the KRZN of a three-time one-year (12-month) contract extension (total term maximum 4 (four) years in each case), on the delivery and, if necessary, the delivery of the contract. the maintenance service for IT components in accordance with the bills of quantities/price sheets based on the EVB-IT contracts. The respective framework agreement is automatically extended by a further year (i.e. by 12 months), unless the KRZN terminates three months before the end of the respective contract period (after 12 months, after 24 months or after 36 months). The exercise of the unilateral right of option to extend the contract (right of structuring) existing unilaterally in favour of the KRZN - by not exercising the ordinary right of termination to which the client is entitled alone - is at the discretion of the KRZN. The tendered contract relates to 4 (four) lots.

The association members of the KRZN with the associated cities and municipalities of these districts, associated schools as well as the district of Borken and the eSchool Düsseldorf (cf. overview of the bodies authorized to call and be supplied from the tendered framework agreement, appendix "List of the affiliated local governments"), are entitled to call up articles via the KRZN as required under the conditions specified for each lot in the concluded framework agreements.
