Genesis is looking for one provider to deliver the following services.

— A managed service for temporary recruitment,

— A managed service for permanent recruitment,

— An online system that is able to request / manage and administer vacancies.

Providers must be able to deliver and demonstrate delivering recruitment solutions both for temporary and permanent requirements in the following service areas:

— Corporate services (HR, facilities, health and safety, IT, business excellence),

— Finance (accounting, financial planning and systems, financial control),

— Property management (temp housing, cleaning),

— General housing,

— Maintenance,

— Care and support (supported housing),

— Call centre,

— Community development,

— Homes development,

— Please note, this list is not exhaustive.

Providers must also have experience with interfacing with United Kingdom HR systems.
