As part of the transformation and cultivation measures at Duchess Elisabeth Hospital in 38124 Braunschweig, Leipziger Straße 24, the outdoor facilities are undergoing a traffic and outdoor planning reorganization.

The outdoor facilities required for the new construction of the emergency room are being realized in the south and west of the property. This includes the new development of the emergency room for self-deuters, recumbent access, ambulance parking spaces and the adjacent parking space extension for employees.

The building area covers a total size of approximately 10,000 m².

Key services to be performed:

The SOW contains the entire scope of services of all outdoor facilities. During construction, it may be necessary to carry out work by a trade union in different areas at the same time.

Main services:

Demolition: approx. 4,500 sqm of paved surfaces including base layers

approx. 560 sqm planting area

Earthworks: approx. 2,600 cbm excavation/disposal/replacement

Technical equipment:

approx. 650 m RW cables/trenches, incl. shafts/drains

approx. 50 m drainage and façade gutters

approx. 560 m Gossen

approx. 240 cbm rigole system

Places/paths: approx. 7,800 sqm concrete stone paving

approx. 2,300 m board systems

Planting areas: approx. 520 sqm planting area

approx. 2,100 sqm of lawn and meadow areas

approx. 70 pieces of wood

approx. 250 m hedge
