Insurance principle: loss event coverage (Occurrence Principle).

Securing the operational liability risks of the client with all auxiliary and ancillary companies including the personal liability of all employees. Company liability insurance (including environmental liability and environmental damage insurance) on an occasional basis (mandatory);

- Sums insured for business liability insurance: EUR 10 000 000 for personal injury and property damage, EUR 250 000 for financial losses, twice the maximum for the year,

- Sum insured for environmental liability insurance: EUR 5 000 000 for personal injury, damage to property and pecuniary losses, one-time year-maximized,

- Sum insured for environmental damage insurance: 5 000 000 EUR, 1-year maximum.
