City of Espoo Tilapalvelut (later Tilaaja) is asking for tenders for the new building of the Hyökyvuori parking facility. The procurement includes the planning of the project, the application for permits and the construction in accordance with the attached reference plans and other contract calculation documents. The building is located in Kivenlahti, address Merivirta 12. VISIT:

The Client requires the Provider to familiarise himself with the plot on his or her own initiative before offering it.

The subscriber should choose one supplier based on competition.

The customer does not commit to the stated purchase amounts.

The tender must correspond to the request for tender and its annexes and the requirements specified in them, including any suitability requirements. In content, an unanswered offer is rejected. The late bid will not be taken into account in the tender process. The subscriber may also, for other reasoned reason, not accept the offer or fail to complete the acquisition.

The tenderer must carefully read the contract programme in the tender document, which it accepts with its tender.
