With the tender, the contracting entity wishes to find an advisor who, in a constructive and value-creating collaboration,

The assignment is offered in accordance with the Danish Public Procurement Act as a negotiated procedure, cf. the Danish Public Procurement Act. Procurement Act §§61-66, after prior
prequalification. The contracting entity expects two negotiation meetings to be held, followed by the tenderer's
final offers.
The contract tendered for shall be awarded to the Tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender after
the award criterion best price/quality ratio.
The Contracting Entity expects to publish the Tenderer's submitted proposal for a master plan after the competition's
end.
Remuneration: Upon submission of a conditional final offer, a consideration of DKK 500,000 excl. VAT is paid
pr. Tilbudsgiver.
