The object of the order is the construction of a gravity and pressing sanitary sewer network together with discards of the network and the construction of a temporary wastewater pumping station and overflow well in the village of Stare Babice (Short Street and Sienkiewicza Street), Stare Babice Municipality. A detailed description of the item of the order shall include the specification of the terms of the order (SWZ) and the design documentation attached to the SWZ.

1. The object of the order is the construction of a gravity and stamping sanitary sewer network together with discards of the network and the construction of a temporary wastewater pumping station and overflow well in the village of Stare Babice (Short Street and Sienkiewicza Street), Stare Babice Municipality.

2. The subject of the order describes in detail:

(a) Design documentation:

a. Construction project of the Pohulanka bis sanitary sewer network for wastewater treatment plant in Stary Babice;

b. Implementing project of the Pohulanka bis sanitary sewer system for the sewage treatment plant in Stary Babice;

c. Construction project — Wastewater pumping station — Electrical industry from 10.7.2019;

d. Green inventory project;

e. Construction project “Construction of additional sections of gravitational sanitary sewage system in Short Street in the village Stare Babice, Stare Babice Municipality”

(b) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works.

(c) Instruction of the Municipality Stare Babice on the recreation of pavement within the road lane.

(d) Resolution of the Management Board No 3/2013 of the Municipal Enterprise “Eko-Babice” Sp. z o.o. on the fixing of prices for closing and opening of bolts on the water supply network in the territory of the municipality Stare Babice.

(e) Resolution of the Management Board No 5/2018 of the Municipal Enterprise “Eko-Babice” on: requirements for contractors for specification of GIS data on newly built sewer network facilities.

(f) Resolution of the Board of Directors No 30/2020 of the Municipal Enterprise “Eko-Babice” Company z o.o. of 23 October 2020 on the determination of the price list of water and sewer services provided by the Municipal Municipal Enterprise “Eko-Babice” Spółka z o.o.

3. Provision is provided for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts for the subject matter of which will consist of the repetition of works similar to those of the subject matter. of this order and their total value shall not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract and have been included in it. The possible scope of these orders shall include, in particular, robots related to the construction/expansion of the gravitational or stamping sanitary sewerage network and other accompanying works which will become required for the execution of the contract in question.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the order shall include the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the design documentation attached to the SWZ as set out on the website of the Ordering Party.
