This contract is a service contract relating to:
1. The creation, development and implementation of a campaign to promote drinking milk.
2. The support of the agency in its missions of promotion of dairy products and local products; including all types of marketing and communication services:
o Communication consulting;
o Strategy and definition of communication plans;
o Implementation of communication / marketing actions.
o Purchase of media space.
o Etc.
1. THE CREATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A DRINKING MILK CAMPAIGN.
Campaign objective:
- Inform about the advantages of the sector (local and sustainable sector) and the product (nutritional interests, pleasure, uses, minimally processed product)
- Inform about the sustainable aspects of the local sector, according to the 3 axes of sustainability (environmental, social and economic).
Target audience:
25 years and + / families with children (target to conquer for the sector)
Actions :
The service provider will be responsible for the design and implementation of a communication campaign.
He will propose the strategic axis he deems relevant and will realize / produce the necessary material for the campaign. He will negotiate and buy the advertising space necessary to achieve the objectives.
After the campaign, he will produce detailed reporting to assess the success of the campaign and recommendations for its further development.
The service provider will have to explain and justify its proposals and the complementarity of the different actions or media.
Partnerships or exchanges of space can be envisaged. All types of communication actions can be considered if this meets the intended objective.
The service provider may delegate certain missions but will pay close attention to the quality, credibility and competitiveness of its subcontractors.

- Although the market is annual, the campaign must be considered over several years/repetitions.

All visuals and other suitable advertising materials, according to the proposals made by the tenderer.
The negotiation of a media plan and the management of the agreements reached.
The operational management of the campaign (including the purchase of media spaces).
After the campaign, reporting on the impact of the promotional actions.

2. COMMUNICATION/MARKETING SERVICES FOR APAQ-W
The service provider will support Apaq-W in the realization of its missions and for example:
- The promotion of local dairy products (butter, ice cream, ...);
- The promotion of sustainable initiatives in the dairy sector to "opinion leaders" (journalist, political or economic world, etc.);
- The promotion of local products in the context of sporting or cultural events;
- Strategic advice for the development of new actions to achieve the objectives of the sector.
- The development of communication actions to promote local products (in the broad sense) or consumption in short circuit.
The services envisaged within the framework of these missions are:
- Communication consulting;
- Strategy and definition of communication plans;
- The creation of communication tools
o Graphic design
o Shooting photos
o Production of video – radio spots;
o Website creation / landing page / ...
o Etc.
- The purchase of media spaces:
o TV – radio
o OOH
o Digital – programmatic
o Social networks
o Influence
o Etc.
- The management of social networks;
- Press relations;
- Copywrinting;
- The layout / nestration;
- Activation on event (and the necessary logistics; transport, assembly, dismantling, ...)
