The purpose of this framework agreement is the upkeep, operation and maintenance of public lighting, traffic signaling and illuminations installations.

This framework agreement is concluded for a period from 1.5.2021 to 30.4.2022 and tacitly renewable three times per period of one year without the total duration of the framework agreement not exceeding four years. The contract is a single-beneficiary framework agreement with order forms concluded for a maximum annual order amount of EUR 500,000 excluding VAT.
