The planning up to LPH 4 is already in place; a gradual assignment of services of LPH 5-9 is planned.

Task:

The Christoph Graupner School in Darmstadt is a school with a focus on mental development with a department for physical and motor development. The school's mission is to enable cultural and social participation among children and young people with intellectual disabilities. The school is currently suffering from a significant lack of space, as today's number of pupils significantly exceeds the initial capacity. In addition, there is a high need for refurbishment. Against this background, proposals for restructuring the portfolio combined with a new component were sought in the previously held architectural competition.

The building permit is currently in progress.

The main component of the task is the implementation planning and construction supervision of the forecourt with approx. 540 m2, as well as the restoration of the outdoor area affected by the overall renovation, which can be widely preserved in learning and play function areas.

In addition, there is the design and supervision of a single-storey façade greening and the design of an open-top courtyard (approx. 50 m2) inside the building.

Likewise, tree protection measures must be monitored and replacement plantings included in the implementation planning, including completion care.

For this demanding task, we are looking for a high-performance planning office that is experienced in both planning and construction.

The construction costs for the cost groups (each net) are estimated by the client on the basis of current knowledge as follows:

— 210 furnish EUR 27 400,

— 510 earthworks EUR 28 400,

— 520 Foundation, substructure 138 150 EUR,

— 530 superstructure, surface layers EUR 34 420,

— 540 building structures EUR 45 850,

— 550 technical installations EUR 20 950,

— 570 vegetation areas EUR 13 630.
