1.The object of the order is the purchase and delivery of a street sweeper, factory new, mounted on a truck vehicle.

2.The item of the order must come from serial production and must not contain prototype solutions that adapt the offered equipment to the requirements of the description of the order item.

3.The Contractor shall give the Ordering Party a 36 month warranty for the whole subject of the contract delivered.

4.The vehicle must have complete documentation: documents enabling the first registration for road traffic in Poland, instruction manual in Polish, catalogue of spare parts in Polish or English, 2 sets of keys.

5.The vehicle must not be damaged in any element, must be technically serviceable and ready for operation.

6.Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the Contractor

in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Technical Specification) and Annex 7 to SWZ - Model Agreement.
