A long-term loan of up to PLN 6,277,112.36 is allocated to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment of obligations previously incurred.

The loan will be repaid as follows:

1) 1st installment in the amount of PLN 2,500.00 (in words: two thousand five hundred zlotys) payable until 31.12.2024;

2) 2nd installment in the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2025;

3) III installment in the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2026;

4) 4th installment in the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2027;

5) V installment in the amount of PLN 5,000.00 (in words: five thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2028;

6) VI installment in the amount of PLN 2,500.00 (in words: two thousand five hundred zlotys) payable by 31/12/2029;

7) VII installment in the amount of PLN 50,000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2030;

8) VIII installment in the amount of PLN 780,000.00 (in words: seven hundred eighty thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2031;

9) IX installment in the amount of PLN 780,000.00 (in words: seven hundred eighty thousand zlotys) payable by 31/12/2032;

10) X installment in the amount of PLN 780,000.00 (say: seven hundred eighty thousand zlotys) payable by 31/12/2033;

11) 11th installment in the amount of PLN 780,000.00 (in words: seven hundred eighty thousand zlotys) payable by 31/12/2034;

12) XII installment in the amount of PLN 780,000.00 (in words: seven hundred eighty thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2035;

13) XIII installment in the amount of PLN 780,000.00 (in words: seven hundred eighty thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2036;

14) XIV installment in the amount of PLN 780,000.00 (in words: seven hundred eighty thousand zlotys) payable until 31.12.2037;

15) the fifteenth installment in the amount of PLN 742,192.36 (say: seven hundred forty two thousand one hundred ninety two zlotys thirty six grosze) payable by 31.12.2038.

4.1 Interest on the loan will be calculated on a quarterly basis, known as accounting periods.

4.2 Interest on the loan utilized is payable the next day after the end of each accounting period, whereby:

4.2.1 the first accounting period is counted from the date of the first loan disbursement;

4.2.2 successive accounting periods are counted from the day following the end of the previous accounting period and end respectively on 31 December, 31 March and 30 June;

4.2.3 the last accounting period ends on the day preceding the full repayment of the loan.

4.3 The Awarding Entity reserves that it may make an earlier loan payment without incurring additional costs.

4.4 The Purchaser reserves the right to change the capital repayment schedule.

5. Grace to pay the first capital installment by December 31, 2023.

6. Security for loan repayment with a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration. The Purchaser does not agree to the use of statements of submission to enforcement.

7. The loan will be paid out in two tranches:

- 1st tranche 3,277 192.36 PLN - within a minimum of 2 day, max. 5 working days from signing the contract,

- 2nd tranche 3,000,000.00 PLN - within a minimum of 2 days, max. 5 working days from the day of the request.

8. Settlement between the Employer and the Contractor will be made only in PLN.

9. The offer should include the indicator of the calculations used. The Employer allows the interest rate to be given only on the basis of WIBOR 3 M. The offers will be compared taking into account the abovementioned, given in the offers by the Contractors, current indicators as at March 10, 2020 for the purposes of examining the offers. To calculate interest on the loan, you should adopt a real calendar and assume that the year has 365 days.
