The subject of the contract is the delivery of various medical devices, including syringes, needles, cannulas for the Independent Public Health Care Institution of the Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 3 in Rybnik. The specification of deliveries is contained in Annex No. 1.1 to the Specification of Essential Terms of Order. ("Price form"). The order is divided into 6 packages (parts) listed in Annex No. 1.1. Each of the contractors may submit an offer for one or any number of selected packages, while within a given package the offer must be complete (i.e. it must cover all positions), otherwise it will be rejected. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of using the procedure specified in art. 24aa of the Act of 29.1.2004 - Public Procurement Law, i.e. the possibility of first assessing offers and then examining whether the contractor whose offer has been assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and fulfills the conditions. participation in the proceedings.
