Rheingoldhallen GmbH and Co KG (RGKG for short), Hechtsheimer Straße 37, 55131 Mainz, is planning to rebuild and renovate the Rathaus car park, Rheinstraße 66, 55116 Mainz. This includes, among other things, the manufacture of new technology centers that will supply the car park autonomically by the Town Hall and the Rheingoldhalle. Due to the damage patterns, extensive concrete renovation is required. A new sprinkler control panel is also being manufactured and the lighting system is completely renewed. As part of the renovation, the lift system will also be renewed.

The car park is located in Mainz right next to the Rheingoldhalle. Access is via Rheinstrasse. The car park was built in the late 1960s as a solid reinforced concrete structure. It has 4 parking levels with a total of 545 parking spaces.

The conversion and renovation of the parking garage will be carried out in a full closure

Construction work is carried out by several trades. Coordination and coordination of the construction process between the contractors is required.

As part of the conversion and renovation of the multi-storey car park, the following measures have been planned and put out to tender in the Fördertechnik trade:
