The Office for Building Management of the City of Leipzig intends to build the Nordost emergency station in Leipzig.

Total budget (KG 200-700): currently approx. EUR 5.0 million gross

Construction costs (KG 300+400): currently around EUR 3.17 million gross

The client intends to commission service phases (LPH) 1 to 9 property planning services for buildings and interiors according to § 34 ff in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021 and other services.

The assignment is made according to the terms of the contract (see Documents Contract Terms) divided into individual service phases. At the conclusion of the negotiated procedure, performance level I: service phases 1 to 3 as well as the other services are contractually commissioned. In addition, further services are reserved in accordance with the draft contract. Work phases 4 to 9 are then to be commissioned in stages - individually or as a whole.

There is no legal claim to commission the subsequent service phases. The contractor cannot derive an increase in his fee from the step-by-step assignment.

The phased commissioning is subject to securing financing by the client of the construction project and subject to the fact that the contractor offers the guarantee of proper, high-quality and timely performance.

When the advertised service phases 1-8 are commissioned, the order is expected to end in September 2025 (completion of LPH 8).
