Argyll Community Housing Association seek to appoint a company to manage all our legal service requirements for the period April 2020 to March 2025.

To procure legal services for ACHA and its subsidiaries including but not limited to:

Corporate and Contracts Law, Charity and Company Law, Governance and Regulation, Construction and Procurement Law, Employment Law, Health and safety Law including tribunal representation, Data Protection (GDPR) and Freedom of Information Law, Housing Law, Insurance, Banking and Finance law, Land and Property Law, Conveyancing and remedial conveyancing Property Investment Law, Development and Regeneration Law, Heritable property recovery and debt recovery, Shared Equity, General Litigation and General legal Advice.
