Planned Preventative Maintenance of Hard Services including building mechanical, electrical, security, lift, building management systems, life safety systems, machinery and equipment assets, and building fabric.

Callout Service (24/7), including cases of immediate response to business critical needs
Manned Security, including out of hours attendances e.g. for council events.

Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping
Pest Control
On-site Resources
PSDP/PSCS
Contract Management
Supplementary Trade & Resources
Small Projects (Minor Works)
Provision of Computer Assisted Facilities Management System (CAFM)
It is intended that the competition will be conducted in two stages as follows: Stage 1 - Pre Qualification Questionnaire, where candidates will request to participate in the competition by submitting a response to the PQQ in accordance with requirements outlined in the specific PQQ document. Stage 2 - Invitation to Tender, where Limerick City and County Council will invite the five highest ranking candidates to tender as identified following assessment of their Stage 1 submissions.
