See II.2.4
The designer's assignment will start with the research and analysis of the 6 monuments and the preparation of the program and preliminary estimates,
After which the designer, together with the board and immovable heritage, determines the final program and translates it into a plan of action in which the order
of the various restoration needs is determined in function of priorities, the optimization of the grant applications and the distribution of the estimated expenditure in the urban multi-year budgeting.
Once this framework has been established, the designer will work out the necessary final estimates and specifications for the heritage grant applications
and the tendering of the various files up to and including the follow-up of the execution of the restoration works. Until the final delivery.
