Lånekassen [Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund] is implementing an open tender contest regarding the procurement of electricity for our premises in Oslo, Ørsta and Trondheim. A contract will be signed with one power supplier. Through this contract, Lånekassen's need for electricity will be safeguarded.

Lånekassen has multiple locations with their main office in Økern in Oslo. At the current time, the offices in Bergen, Stavanger and Trondheim pay for the electricity via rent/joint expenses. The office in Trondheim is moving to new premises during the first quarter of 2020 and from the move-in date, power must be delivered by the tenderer who wins this contest. If any of the locations change during the contract period, it may be necessary to ask the service provider to deliver electricity to these locations. If applicable, the prices should be the same as for the other parts of the contract. Other downscaling or up scaling can take place during the contract period.
