The municipalities of Alver, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Vaksdal, Samnanger and Gulen have established a joint ICT operation company, IKT Nordhordland kommunalt oppgåvefellesskap (IKTNH). This tender contest includes all of the municipalities in the collaboration, except Alver and Vaksdal.
