According to the Technical Director's decision of 28.4.2023, the tendering process for the pipe contract will be restarted with an accelerated procedure in the Tervaskanto service house contract procurement (shared contract). In the case of pipeline contracts, tenders are no longer valid due to delays in decisions required to start the contract that are not attributable to the contracting entity, so the tendering process for the pipeline contract will be restarted. The accelerated procedure is necessary because the main contractor of the construction project and other contractors for the shared contract have already been selected and construction must start in June 2023.
