PURCHASE AND SUPPLY OF MEAT AND COLD CUTS IN 2024

Order lot No. 1: Red meat and cold cuts (45 assortment items). Part of the contract No. 2: Poultry meat and cold cuts (23 assortment items)A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1, 2a and 5 to the Terms of Reference. The order will be executed using the right of option. The option is to repeat the same assortment for the maximum quantities specified in the Terms of Reference. The Ordering Party informs that if the minimum quantity is equal to the maximum quantity, it means that the option right does not apply to a given assortment item.

The order is processed in minimum and maximum quantities. Detailed quantities can be found in Appendices 1 and 2a to the Terms of Reference. The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the minimum quantities in full. Maximum quantities are the upper limit of the Ordering Party's needs (they will be an option). The detailed obligations of the Contractor are specified in the draft provisions of the agreement (Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference). Deliveries for minimum and maximum quantities will be carried out in accordance with the offered variant of deliveries to the warehouses indicated in the Description of the subject of the order.
