1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of portable computers with an installed operating system and a license for this system together with computer accessories, on the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement together with the Appendices and granting a guarantee and warranty for defects on the terms described in paragraph 8 PPU.

2. The subject of the contract is divided into 4 parts.

1. The subject of the Agreement is the delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of portable computers with an installed operating system and a license for this system together with computer accessories, on the terms and conditions set out in Annex 1A to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "PPU") and granting a guarantee and warranty for defects on the terms described in paragraph 8 PPU

2. As part of the Subject of the Agreement, the Contractor shall provide:

2.1. Type 1 laptops - 300 units under a guaranteed contract. The required minimum technical parameters are specified in Table 1 of the Technical Specification of Computer Equipment and Accessories constituting Annex 1A to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification");

2.2. Type 2 laptops with higher computing power under a guaranteed order - 20 pieces. The required minimum technical parameters are set out in Table 2 of the Specification;

2.3. Type 3 portable computers – 20 units, including 10 pieces under a guaranteed order and 10 pieces under the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are set out in Table 3 of the Specification;

2.4. 4 "2-in-1" type laptops with touch matrix - 40 pieces, including 20 pieces under the guaranteed order and 20 pieces under the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are set out in Table 4 of the Specification;

2.5. Portable computers type 5 "mobile graphics station" equipped with a graphics card - 2 pieces under the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are set out in Table 5 of the Specification;

2.6. Type 6 laptops for Oculus VR equipped with a graphics card - 16 pieces, including 4 pieces under the Guaranteed Order and 12 pieces under the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are set out in Table 6 of the Specification;

2.7. Docking stations for portable computers listed in points 2.1 – 2.6 above – 398 pcs of which 354 pcs. under a guaranteed order and 44 pcs. as part of the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are set out in Table 7 of the Specification;

2.8. Bags, backpacks for portable computers listed in points 2.1 – point 2.6 above – 398 pieces, including 354 pcs. under a guaranteed order and 44 pcs. as part of the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are set out in Table 8 of the Specification;

2.9. Wireless kits for portable computers listed in points 2.1 – 2.6 above – 398 pcs, including 354 pcs. under a guaranteed order and 44 pcs. as part of the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are specified in Table 9 of the Specification. Each kit includes a keyboard and mouse, wireless,

hereinafter referred to as "Equipment".

3. Deadline for the completion of Part 1 of the order – 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, including:

3.1 delivery of portable computers together with computer accessories as part of a guaranteed order – up to 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement on the basis of the schedule referred to in paragraph 2 paragraph 2 PPU. The date of fulfillment of the deadline specified in point 3.1 shall be the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservations the last Quantitative Acceptance Protocol referred to in paragraph 4 paragraph 3 of the PPU;

3.2 delivery of portable computers together with computer accessories under the Option – up to 45 calendar days from the date of placing the order referred to in paragraph 1 paragraph 8 PPU. The date of fulfillment of the deadline specified in point 3.2 shall be the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservations the Quantitative Acceptance Protocol of a given order, referred to in paragraph 4 paragraph 3 of the PPU;

3.3.Details of individual deadlines for the contract can be found in the PPU constituting Annex 2A to the SWZ.

4. The warranty for the Equipment (including batteries) and computer accessories provided as part of the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement will be granted for a period of – 60 months for the Equipment, 24 months for computer accessories and 12 months for batteries. Details of the guarantee - paragraph 8 PPU (Annex 1A to the SWZ)

1. The subject of the Agreement is the delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of ownership of computer monitors, on the terms and conditions set out in Annex 2b to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the "PPU") and granting a guarantee and warranty for defects on the terms described in paragraph 8 PPU.

2. As part of the Subject of the Agreement, the Contractor shall provide:

a) 27" widescreen monitors – 350 pieces (including 150 pieces under a guaranteed order and 200 taps under the Option),

b) 27" widescreen monitors for videoconferencing – 50 pieces (order guaranteed).

Detailed technical specification of the Equipment with the specified type, required minimum technical parameters and quantities are presented in Annex 1B to the SWZ. The terms and manner of performance of the contract are included in Appendix 2B (Draft provisions of the contract for Part 2 of the contract);

3. The equipment referred to in points 1 and 2 above must be brand new, technically efficient, complete, ready to work, and free from legal and physical defects, placed on the market on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in original intact packaging. The Equipment provided by the Contractor should be manufactured no earlier than in 2022.

4. Completion date of Part 2 of the order – 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, including:

4.1. delivery of computer monitors under a guaranteed order – up to 50 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, based on the schedule referred to in paragraph 2 paragraph 2 PPU. The date of fulfillment of the deadline specified in point 4.1 shall be the date of signing the last quantitative acceptance protocol by the Ordering Party without reservations,

referred to in paragraph 4(3) of the PPU;

4.2. delivery of computer monitors under the Option – up to 50 calendar days from the date of placing the order referred to in paragraph 1 paragraph 8 PPU. The date of fulfillment of the deadline specified in point 4.2 shall be the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservations the Protocol of quantitative acceptance of a given order, referred to in paragraph 4 paragraph 3 of the PPU;

4.3. Details of individual deadlines for the contract can be found in the PPU constituting Annex 2B to the SWZ.

5. The warranty for the Equipment delivered as part of the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement will be granted for the period of:

5.1. in the case of a guaranteed order – 60 months for the Equipment counted from the date of signing the last Quality Acceptance Protocol by the Ordering Party without reservations. The last Quality Acceptance Protocol signed by the Ordering Party without reservations constitutes a guarantee document without the need to submit an additional document for granting the guarantee;

5.2. in the case of Options - 60 months for Equipment counted from the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservations the Quality Acceptance Protocol of a given order. The quality acceptance protocol of a given order signed by the Ordering Party without reservations constitutes a guarantee document without the need to submit an additional document for the granting of the guarantee.

6. Other details regarding the guarantee can be found in paragraph 8 of the PPU constituting Annex 2B to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the Agreement is the delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of wireless headphones in the number of 100 pieces, on the terms and conditions specified in the PPU (Agreement) together with the Appendices and granting a guarantee and warranty for defects on the terms described in paragraph 8 PPU (Agreement)

2. Wireless headphones (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment") referred to in point 1 must be brand new, technically efficient, complete, ready to work, and free from legal and physical defects, placed on the market on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in original intact packaging.

3. Detailed technical specification of the Equipment with the specified type, required minimum technical parameters and quantities are presented in Annex 1C to the SWZ. The terms and manner of execution of the contract are included in Appendix 2C (Draft provisions of the contract for Part 3 of the order);

4. The deadline for the completion of Part 3 of the order – up to 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The date of fulfillment of the deadline specified in point 4 shall be the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservations the last Quantitative Acceptance Protocol referred to in paragraph 4 paragraph 3 of the PPU. Details of individual deadlines for the contract can be found in the PPU constituting Annex 2C to the SWZ.

5. The warranty for the Equipment delivered as part of the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement will be granted for a period of 60 months counted from the date of signing the Quality Acceptance Protocol by the Ordering Party without reservations. The quality acceptance protocol signed by the Ordering Party without reservations constitutes a guarantee document without the need to submit an additional document for the granting of the guarantee. details of the guarantee can be found in paragraph 8 of the PPU constituting Annex 2C to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of multifunctional devices (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment"), on the terms and conditions set out in the PPU constituting Annex 2D to the SWZ (the Agreement dalje as "PPU")) and granting a guarantee and warranty for defects on the terms described in paragraph 8 PPU.

2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall deliver 34 multifunction devices, including 20 units under the guaranteed contract and 14 pieces under the Option. The required minimum technical parameters are specified in Table 1 of the Technical Specification of the Equipment constituting Annex 1d to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the Specification).

3. Equipment referred to in point . 1 and 2 must be brand new, technically efficient, complete, ready for operation, and free from legal and physical defects, placed on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in original intact packaging. The Equipment provided by the Contractor should be manufactured no earlier than in 2022.

4. Deadline for the implementation of the Subject of the Agreement – 4 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, including:

4.1. delivery of multifunctional devices under a guaranteed order – up to 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The date of fulfillment of the deadline specified in point 4.1 shall be the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservations the Quantitative Acceptance Protocol referred to in paragraph 4 paragraph 3 of the PPU;

4.2. delivery of multifunctional devices under the Option – up to 30 calendar days from the date of placing the order referred to in paragraph 1 section 7 of the Agreement. The date of fulfillment of the deadline specified in point 4.2 shall be the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservations the Protocol of quantitative acceptance of a given order, referred to in paragraph 4 paragraph 3 of the PPU.

5. Other details regarding the guarantee can be found in receipt 8 of Annex 2D to the SWZ.
