Framework contract for the provision of security items

During the revision of the 3 incineration lines in the MHKW Darmstadt, many different companies are involved in the repair and maintenance tasks during standstills. The project managers and responsible persons are to be supported in maintaining occupational safety. For this we are looking for a partner with appropriate training, who initiates the rescue chain in case of an accident.

Services:

Monitoring of security measures, provision of security items, rescue from containers and confined spaces, alarm communication as well as clearance measurement of certain work areas.

Presentation of:

Rescue equipment, devices for gas detection, devices for gas analysis.

The scope of services includes:

1) Provision of a project coordinator for the tasks:

- coordination of safety material, applications and number of required units,

- coordinating and optimizing the deployed security personnel in terms of deployment times and number of posts needed, depending on current needs,

- participation in meetings of the client when needed,

- reporting to the project management of the client,

- security controls, security inspections in consultation with the client,

- Written documentation of mission times, activity records and special incidents,

- advice to the client with regard to safety improvement possibilities,

- Daily protocol on specific incidents and actions taken.

2) Provision of gas analyzers for Ex, Ox, Tox and other free measurements in the plants of the MHKWs.

- Execution of release measurements according to the respective safety and measurement requirements including documentation,

- Additional training for the security post.

3) Provision of security items for compliance with the safety regulations of the MHKWs.

- control of the safety regulations of the client,

- documentation of the measures and entries according to the driving license,

- Alerting the emergency chain and initiating rescue operations,

- Support in the documentation of behavior-based occupational safety.

4) carrying out checks, the safety regulations prescribed by the MHKW according to the permit;

5) provision and control of the means of communication;

6) provision and equipment of the construction site with safety equipment;

7) Alerting in case of danger according to alarm plan MHKW and initiation of rescue measures;

8) Execution of fire guards according to the permit for fire works in MHC.
