1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a chromatography system with equipment for the Department of Molecular Genetics of Bacteria of the Faculty of Biology of the University of Gdańsk.

6. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. The warranty covers the performance of at least one service inspection of the equipment by the Contractor during its period, within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Party. Details of the guarantee are contained in § 7 of the draft contract – Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
