1. Service to act as inspector of investor supervision of construction works in the scope of small mountain retention in Ustrzyki Dolne Forest District in the implementation of the investment task “Construction of retention tanks together with accompanying infrastructure located in Uherce Mineralne, municipality of Olszanica”. Supervised construction works consist of the construction of two retention tanks of 2,00 ha and 0,30 ha respectively with accompanying infrastructure: a pile well of concrete circles fi 1,2 m, drain well from concrete circles fi 1,2 m — 2 pcs., rapids with shore, PVC piping fi 200, fi 250, fi 400 with knife valves, emergency transfer — 2 pcs., inflow ditches to tanks, preliminary tanks — delayers — 4 pcs.

2. In order to finance the contract in question, the Ordering Party intends to allocate a gross amount of PLN 73 800,00.

3. The contracting authority does not require participation in the local vision.

The detailed scope of the subject of the order includes SWZ and contract model. The duties of the Contractor include:

1) the full scope of the obligations laid down in Article 25 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1333; hereinafter referred to as Construction Law) and implementing regulations; 2) having a thorough knowledge of the design documentation on the structures being built and the content of the works contract construction, concluded by the Contractor with the contractor of construction works, as well as by the contractor with the subcontractor (if applicable); 3) the exercise of timeliness and conformity of the performance of construction works by the contractor and subcontractors of construction works with a fixed schedule financial - if applicable; 4) to keep the control of construction works on the basis of compliance with the project documentation; 5) under the powers under Construction Law - deciding on the conduct of works or withholding them acceptance of works after declaration by the contractor of preparedness to receive works; 6) taking care of the interests of the Contracting Authority, in particular in the case of finding the conduct of construction works not in accordance with the contract for works and occupational safety and health regulations; 7) taking up activities ensuring the technical correctness of the construction work carried out; 8) decision-making and accountability for decisions taken, in matters related to the quality of construction works, assessment of the quality of construction products within the meaning of Article 10 of the Construction Law and the progress of works construction, and furthermore providing clarification on matters related to the project documentation, excluding matters affecting the increase in the cost of construction work; 9) organising supervision work in a way that does not cause an unreasonable interruption in the execution of construction works by a contractor or subcontractor of construction works; 10) control the quality of construction products used within the meaning of Article 10 of Construction Law, requesting additional qualitative tests of construction products in situations provided for by law, and mandatory verification certificates and declarations of conformity of materials submitted by the contractor; 11) requesting the removal by the contractor or subcontractor of the defects disclosed in the course of the execution of construction works and defects in the construction works performed, and informing the Contracting Party in the event of failure to address these defects; 12) take up of the works disappearing and falling within the deadlines indicated in the contract for construction works; 13) participation in the activities of partial collection and final receipt of works, and within the framework of those activities - determining readiness to receive works, submit to the Contracting Party the receipt and as-built documentation protocols, confirmation of the works actually performed and the removal of any defects; 14) confirmation of the executed works as the basis for drawing up an invoice by the contractor of the works and payment of remuneration; 15) promptly signal to the Contracting Authority of any circumstances likely to affect the timeliness and correctness of the works carried out and the occurrence of circumstances unforeseen in project documentation; 16) participation in the activities of transferring the task of the construction site to the contractor and participation in meetings organized by the Contracting Authority in matters concerning the implementation of construction works; 17) obtaining explanations from the designer concerning the design documentation and included in solutions thereof; 18) to recognize and present for acceptance to the Contracting Party the scope of additional or replacement works proposed by the contractor.
