Description:
Collection and management of municipal waste from the premises of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for receiving municipal waste from the site of the University of Warmia and Masuria in Olsztyn.

2. The list of properties covered by the subject of the contract, the number and type of containers and containers necessary for the performance of the contract are presented in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference. The quantity given is an estimate and may change during the course of the order. The actual amount of containers and containers to be emptied will depend on the

from the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the term of the contract, to change the number and types of containers and containers constituting no more than 50% of the indicated amounts, adjusting the number and type of containers and containers

to the actual needs of the Zam.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference - Form description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference - Draft provisions of the agreement

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for receiving municipal waste from the site of the University of Warmia and Masuria in Olsztyn.

2. Received municipal waste The Contractor is obliged to deliver to an authorized installation for the management of municipal waste. The subject of the order does not include receiving bulky, construction and hazardous waste.

3. List of properties covered by the contract, number and type of containers

and containers necessary for the execution of the contract are presented in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference. The quantity given is an estimate and may change during the course of the order. The actual amount of containers and containers to be emptied will depend on the

4. Detailed specification of the subject of the order is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ - Form description of the subject matter of the order and Annex No 4 to SWZ - Designed contract provisions.

5. Reception and transport of municipal waste will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities

(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste

(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 21, as amended), the Waste Management Plan for the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship as well as other applicable statutory law

and local.

6. The collection and transport of municipal waste shall be carried out in such a way as to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling are achieved, that it is prepared for re-use and that

and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with applicable law.

7. The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to implement rational waste management with a particular emphasis on achieving effective results in waste segregation. The Contractor has an absolute ban on mixing selectively collected municipal waste

with mixed municipal waste

8. The Contracting Authority shall specify the following requirements referred to in Article 95(2) of the Public Procurement Law related to the performance of the contract, concerning employment under a contract of employment by a contractor or subcontractor:

1) The Contractor undertakes to employ on the basis of an employment contract the working time adequate to the tasks entrusted to it, in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended), i.e. persons performing loading and unloading activities and driving specialist vehicles for the collection of municipal waste.

10. The Contracting Authority declares that it meets the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, General Data Protection Regulation (Dz.U. EU L 119 of 4 May 2016) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR" – thus, the personal data provided by the contractor will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and in accordance with national regulations.
