This consultation concerns a design and construction works contract for the studies and the realization of a rehabilitation of the University Sports Center of Nanterre (92). The missions include the constitution and the follow-up of the examination of the files of administrative authorizations, the studies of design (final preliminary draft and project), the studies of execution and the realization of works all trades until the end of the guarantee of perfect completion.

This consultation has entered into procedure with negotiation in application of Articles L. 2171-1 and L. 2171-2 (design-construction), L. 2124-3 (PN formalized procedure), R. 2124-3 3º (contract including design), R. 2142-17 (minimum number 3), R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 (PN), R. 2171-16 to R. 2171-22, R. 2171-1 and R . 2171-4 to R. 2171-14 (global contracts including design services), R. 2172-2 1º (jury not compulsory in rehabilitation) of the Public Order Code (CCP). The single market has two technical lots:

1) architectural and technical design,

2) carrying out the work (representative of the consortium).

Technical package 2 will include the following services:

- covered enclosure: structural work, insulation, facades, exterior joinery, locksmith,

- techniques: plumbing, heating, ventilation, electricity, strong and weak currents, SSI,

- coverings: plastering, interior joinery, floors, painting, tiling, cleaning.
