By holding the Bavarian State Garden Show 2025, the city of Furth im Wald is seizing the opportunity to strengthen important green and recreational structures in the city and to make everyday life in the city more attractive. The relationship to water is made more tangible as an important quality of location. The central design element in the southern part of the garden show is the "Drachensteg", an approx. 950 m long adventure trail through the Chambaue. The "Drachensteg" is a pedestrian-usable development that crosses flowing waters several times, leads through a stream bed and circles an artificial pond. In some places, the Drachensteg forms widenings with a special quality of stay and seating.

The subject of this tender is the production of pile foundations for bridges and well foundations for footbridges.

Lot 01 Pile foundation works for bridges essentially comprises:

-Delivery, preparation and installation of 48 pieces of steel pipe piles in diameters of 323.9 and 457 mm and in total lengths from 8 to 12 m

-Removal of the earth material extracted during drilling to the storage site

Lot 02 Well foundations essentially comprises:

-Push off 1400 sqm of vegetation layer

-500 m3 of topsoil loosening, storing·

-340 t of shovels / coarse felling supply and installation

-400 t ballast base course supply and installation

-a total of 106 well foundations with reinforced concrete backfill using the lowering method, reinforced foundation columns filled with concrete with a diameter of 1.50 m -1.00 m and embedding depths of 1 m to 4 m are to be created.
