The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for advice, system development and maintenance related to NOKUT's self-developed systems.

NOKUT currently has contracts with Visma Consulting for the provision of adaptation, development and maintenance services.

The expected annual activity level for this framework agreement is equivalent to 6 000 000 NOK -10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT, but NOKUT depends on the award of annual budgets that are determined by the Norwegian parliament. A lot is happening in the university and university college sector, and there can be an increase in the services in the framework agreement, if there is a re-structuring of the sector or other political commitments that affect services and systems. The limit can then be greater than 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year.

The contract can be used by other public entities under the Ministry of Education and Research, in particular adjoining cases that cooperate with NOKUT's interaction system/services.
