The University of Tampere (TAU) and Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) are jointly procuring the repair and modification of the HVAC systems of the real estate as well as the property technical standby. The procurement unit is the Tampere University Foundation sr. The affiliate unit of the Tampere University Foundation, Campusta Oy, has an option to join this framework agreement later.

The subject of the contract is the repair and modification of the electricity, HVAC systems on the premises of the higher education institutions operating in the Tampere University Community, on an hourly basis or as contracted, as described in the attached invitation to tender. Property and fire alarm systems are covered by the agreement for the TAMK campus and separately for Arvo1, Linna and Virta. Suppliers who do not meet the requirements mentioned in the previous paragraph (24/7 standby) may also be selected for the framework agreement. In this case, the supplier may only participate in assignments covered by the framework agreement. However, when selecting suppliers for a framework agreement, the ability to act as a contract supplier in the field of property failure and fire alarms is taken into account in scoring.
