The construction contract includes the demolition of the current school building to the extent indicated in the drawings and the invitation to tender, as well as the construction of a new central building for health and social services, as well as the transfer of the dental clinic building (the transferable Teijotalo building) to the future Siuntio Health and Social Services Centre. The school building will be retained with the planned wings A and E. In these parts, changes in the purpose of use and renovation in accordance with the RAK plans and the documents presented in the invitation to tender. A mobile dental clinic with a prefabricated space structure will also be located on the plot, as well as a vacant
rat container. Bike sheds are ready-made elements.
The Technical Services of the Municipality of Siuntio is asking for a tender for the overall contract for the health and social services centre project in accordance with this contract competition.
The procurement is carried out as an open procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. The project will only start if a long-term lease agreement can be signed with the wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa. The services of the wellbeing services county of Western Uusimaa will be used by the Siuntio Health and Social Services Centre.
The tender target is the health and social services centre building in the municipality of Siuntio, all of whose civil engineering and technical work must be fully completed as a total contract in accordance with the invitation to tender, including the demolition of the old school building, as well as the renovation of the two old parts of the school building, part of the future health and social services centre, as well as the transfer of the operating dental clinic (mobile building, type Teijotalo, completed in 2019) approximately 300 m (location indicated in the station picture) also as part of the future health and social services centre according to plan, with all the work. The dental clinic will be moved when the health and social services centre is commissioned approximately June-July 2024. The timing of the transfer must be adjusted for the summer break/summer holidays of the dental clinic.
