The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement for the delivery of these goods in accordance with the at any time valid version of the Law regarding public procurements and associated policies, Environment and regulations for public procurements and action plan for environmental and social responsibility in public procurements. The contract shall be entered into based on the information provided by the Contracting Authority in the tender documentation and annex.
Part of the procurement's product scope is DIFI classified as high risk products, on the basis of documentation about reprehensible working conditions and continual violations of ILO's core conventions with manufacturing in low salary countries. An important objective of this procurement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority procures products produced lawfully and in accordance with ILO's core conventions.
