The subject of the order is “Receipt and development of oversite-fraction from segregation of municipal waste code 191212 with combustion heat 13—15 MJ/kg”.
1. Period of the subject of the order — up to 31.12.2021.
2. Total amount of supersite-to-receive fraction — up to 3,867,88 Mg.
3. Waste comes from the processing of mixed municipal waste in a sorting room equipped with drum screening, optical separator, ballistic separator and sorting tables.
4. Combustion heat 13—15 MJ/kg
Period of the subject of the order — up to 31.12.2021. Total amount of supersite-to-receive fraction — up to 3,867.88 Mg.
The Contractor may reduce the order by 30% relative to the total quantity.
Due to the difficult quantity of waste to be collected, the estimated quantity referred to in paragraph 2 of this paragraph may change. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit this quantity to a maximum of 70%. The reduction in the amount of waste in this respect will not make any claims on the part of the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority, in particular the payment of remuneration for the unrealized part of the contract and the payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. No annex is required in the present situation. The Contracting Authority shall guarantee the Contractor a minimum of 70% of the estimated quantities of waste for collection during the duration of the contract.
Reception of approximately 600-1200 Mg/mc during the term of the contract, averaging a month of about 900 Mg.
Receipts of waste will be performed according to the needs of the Ordering Party on a written or telephone order for the collection of “waste”. The order of receipt is allowed by electronic means.
The Contracting Authority stresses that the amount of waste received may change, however, it guarantees the volume of one-off receipt within the full capacity of the Contractor's transport measure previously agreed with the Contracting Authority. Accordingly, the Contractor may not bring any additional claims to the Contracting Authority for the total amount of waste received during the accounting period, within the limits of the tolerance indicated.
The Contractor shall be obliged to collect the ordered “waste” within 48 hours from the time of the order.

The Contractor must have an installation for the use of the waste covered by the contract in the process of recovery and have authorisation for the processing or disposal of waste 191212 issued by the relevant authorities.
The Contracting Authority shall not allow the use of waste through storage.
