With this tender, Aanbesteder aims to select a Concessionaire who will have the exclusive right and obligation to develop, realize, maintain and operate the Basecamp as part of the NL Space Campus. In return, the Concessionaire can not only collect income from the exploitation, but also obtains an exclusive position to purchase and exploit remaining land, as well as any concession fee. The Basecamp and the development of the remaining land are subject to conditions that are laid down in a Concession Agreement and in further agreements for the execution of the Concession Agreement.
