The subject of this call for tenders is to support the implementation of the EU Mission: restore our ocean and waters through the provision of ‘Studies to support communities of actors to achieve the objectives of the EU Mission “Restore our ocean and waters by 2030” (hereafter ‘Mission Ocean and Waters)’.

More concretely, this objective of this procurement is to organise and manage the identification and selection process of at least 40 applications from actors from 3 targeted communities and then provide technical assistance to them in preparing feasibility studies that are linked to projects that support the achievement of the objectives of the Mission Ocean and Waters.

The reasons for this call is to support applicants from identified communities in preparing the feasibility studies for their projects that will help achieving the Mission Ocean and Waters objectives and targets.
