The single-supplier framework agreement aims to define the conditions for the execution of the supply of natural gas to the members of the Consortium Energia Liguria. The framework agreement does not directly derive obligations on the shareholders, but only the right for them to conclude with the contracting supplier, by means of special orders, supply contracts predefined conditions, within the period of validity of the Framework Agreement and within the limit of the maximum quantity envisaged.

The object of the contract is the supply of natural gas on the free market pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 164/2000 and subsequent amendments, lasting 24 months with presumed departure on 1.10.2023, to the withdrawal points owned by the members of the Liguria Energy Consortium. The maximum quantity of supplies that can be ordered under the framework agreement amounts to 27 million smc in total for the two-year period covered by the framework agreement.

Participation will be allowed to subjects who meet the following requirements:

a) absence of the causes of exclusion referred to in art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) Registration for activities related to the object of the tender in the Register of Companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence if it is an EU State, in accordance with the provisions of Article 83, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

c) Registration in the list of subjects authorized to sell natural gas to end customers, pursuant to Article 17, paragraphs 1 and 5, of Legislative Decree 23 May 2000, n.164 and Article 30 of Legislative Decree 1 June 2011, n.93;

d) Carrying out in the last three years (financial years 2020-2021-2022), similar gas supplies, with no less than 60 total delivery points (PDR), for a total of no less than Euro 6,000,000.00;

e) Execution of at least one of the supplies sub lett. d) of an amount not less than Euro 2,000,000.00 in total within the three-year period indicated;

f) possession of quality certification, in accordance with UNI EN ISO standards of the 9000 series, issued by approved accredited bodies, for activities corresponding to those covered by the contract.
