This procurement covers the Real Estate Unit's (the Client's) need for service and repair work on RDF's existing catering equipment as well as goods/services if new catering equipment/machinery needs to be procured during the framework agreement period. The latter may be relevant if an existing machine that is no longer economically justifiable to repair has to be replaced

or if there is a need for individual additions to existing kitchens. Annex 1 contains an updated list of RDF's existing catering equipment.

The supplier's commitment includes the following: to carry out, ongoing and emergency service and repair work on RDF's existing catering equipment, to acquire, deliver and assemble/install new and equivalent catering equipment and to dismantle and remove existing catering equipment.
