The purpose of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) successful tenderer for the supply of magnetic cards for the collection of fuel and electricity for electric/hybrid vehicles in a nationwide network, with possible extension to Europe for a limited number of magnetic cards (by Europe, we mean the entire European territory, and not just Benelux).
