The purpose of the procurement of the present public contract is - briefly - to provide a reliable, safe and future fixed infrastructure and ensure the continuity of ICT services.

With regard to the size of the Assignment, the (indicative) value for the Assignment is 300,000.- per year (sedge: three hundred thousand euros). This estimate is based on 2020 figures.

The current situation:

The organization has around 600 employees who have an Active Directory account with email. In addition, there are 140 shared mailboxes.

The NZKG Environment Service mainly uses laptops, 475 of which are in circulation. External staff do not have a laptop from the NZKG Environment Service, but use Remote Desktop Server (RDS).

The workstations feature 1 or 2 monitors on a monitor arm including a portrait replicator and keyboard. Almost all workplaces in Zaandam and Wijk aan Zee are flex places. The workstations are accessed via Direct Access.

The Administrator is responsible for drawing up, tracking and flushing the workplace image. Importing and maintaining the Assets in the CMDB is also the responsibility of the Management Party.

In total, 219 iPads are in circulation, managed via MDM/Intune. These are included in Apple's Device Enrollment Program.

In 2020, 4200 tickets were reported to the Service Desk in AutoTask (The Current Service Management Tool). Of which about 1800 Incidents (1700 1st /2nd line and 100 3rd line), 1100 Changes (900 1th/2nd line and 200 3rd line), 1250 Service Request (1150 12/2nd line and 100 2nd line) and 25 Problems.
