The subject of the contract is the supply of diesel oil for Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.
The subject of the contract includes:
Supply of diesel fuel for diesel engines appropriate for the season (summer, transitional, winter, including intended for use in winter conditions and in harsh Arctic climates with a reduced temperature of blocking the cold filter and with a reduced turbidity temperature, using the size of the Contractor's discount granted for fuels included in the contract).
In the period from November 16 to the last day of February, diesel oil resistant to negative temperatures, i.e. - 10ºC and lower, should be supplied. Depending on its current needs, the Ordering Party during the term of the contract (for a period of 12 months) will submit to the Contractor individual orders for the supply of diesel fuel. Deliveries of the subject of the order will be carried out by a tanker equipped with a legalized fuel meter for a diesel tank with a capacity of 5,000 l, owned by the Ordering Party – in an estimated quantity – 200,000 liters throughout the entire period of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller or larger quantity, which may not constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims.
The settlement will be based on the amount of fuel actually delivered. The place of delivery of diesel fuel will be Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Nowy Dwór Sp. z o. o. in the municipality of Chojnice. Each delivery will take place within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment of placing the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). The fuel supplied by the Contractor must meet the quality requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727).
Settlement takes place after issuing a VAT invoice. The basis for issuing VAT invoices by the Contractor will be refueled diesel oil in liters to the tank located on the premises of the Ordering Party with the price from the day of delivery.
