This contract is a joint contract within the meaning of Article 48 of the Law of 17 June 2016
The purpose of this joint contract is, for all the entities gathered, namely the public service companies La Sambrienne, Centr'Habitat, Toit et Moi, L'Habitation Jemeppienne, Foyer de Fléron, to supply 100% renewable electricity and natural gas. Through this grouping, these five entities aim to benefit from economies of scale for the provision of these amenities.
The market is divided into two lots:
• Lot 1 – 100% Renewable Electricity
The supply of power and electrical energy in high and low voltage, at the sampling points specified in these specifications.
• Lot 2 – Natural gas
The delivery of natural gas at high and low pressure to the sampling points specified in these specifications.
• Lot 3 - Natural gas Social Tariff
The delivery of natural gas at high and low pressure to the sampling points subject to the social tariff specified in these specifications.
Electricity 100% RenewableThe supply of power and electrical energy in high and low voltage, at the sampling points specified in these specifications.
Natural gasThe delivery of natural gas at high and low pressure to the sampling points specified in these specifications.
Natural gas Social TariffThe delivery of natural gas at high and low pressure to the sampling points subject to the social tariff specified in these specifications.
