The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3,680,000.00 (in words: three million six hundred and eighty thousand zlotys 00/100) in one tranche of PLN 3,680,000.00 on 10.11.2023 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality for 2023. Loan period: 12 years and 2 months /146 months/ from signing the contract, including the grace period for repayment of capital installments until March 29, 2025.

I tranche – PLN 3,680,000.00 – 10.11.2023

intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality for 2023.

1) Loan period: 12 years and 2 months /146 months/ from signing the contract, taking into account the grace period in repayment of capital installments until March 29, 2025.

2) First interest installment – 29.12.2023

3) The first principal and interest installment on 30.03.2025, and the last on 30.12.2035.

4) The loan will be repaid in 44 quarterly principal installments in the years 2025-2035 in the following amounts:

- in the years 2025-2027 (12 quarterly installments) PLN 40,000.00 each,

- in the years 2028-2030 (12 quarterly installments) PLN 50,000.00 each,

- in the years 2031-2033 (12 quarterly installments) PLN 75,000.00 each,

- in 2034 (4 quarterly installments) PLN 175,000.00 each,

- in 2035 (4 quarterly installments) PLN 250,000.00 each.

including decreasing interest, on the 30th day of the third month of the quarter, taking into account the grace period for repayment of capital installments until 29/03/2025.
