Description:
Provision of maintenance and ongoing repairs in the resources of the City of Szczecin divided into 3 parts

As part of the contract, the contractor will perform:

1) masonry, plastering and flooring services,

2) installation services for plumbing, heating and gas installations,

3) electrical services in the field of electrical installations,

4) carpentry, glass and locksmith services,

5) roofing and tinning services,

6) repair of playgrounds managed by ZBiLK, in the scope of repair and renovation of devices, fences, surface repairs,

7) repair of areas around buildings in the scope of repairs and renovations of sidewalks, curbs, housing estate roads, etc.


Provision of maintenance and ongoing repairs in the resources of the City of Szczecin, in the vicinity of the city of North, according to unit orders issued by the Technical and Operating Department.

As part of the contract, the contractor will perform:

1) masonry, plastering and flooring services,

2) installation services in the field of plumbing, central heating and gas installations,

3) electrical services in the field of electrical installations,

4) carpentry, glass and locksmith services,

5) roofing and tinning services,

6) repair of playgrounds managed by ZBiLK, in the scope of repair and renovation of devices, fences, surface repairs,

7) repair of areas around buildings in the scope of repairs and renovations of sidewalks, curbs, residential roads, etc.


Provision of maintenance and ongoing repairs in the resources of the City of Szczecin in the area of the city of Śródmieście-Niebuszewo according to unit orders issued by the Technical and Operating Department

As part of the contract, the contractor will perform:

1) masonry, plastering and flooring services,

2) installation services in the field of plumbing, central heating and gas installations,

3) electrical services in the field of electrical installations,

4) carpentry, glass and locksmith services,

5) roofing and tinning services,

6) repair of playgrounds managed by ZBiLK, in the scope of repair and renovation of devices, fences, surface repairs,

7) repair of areas around buildings, in the scope of repairs and renovations of sidewalks, curbs, housing estate roads, etc.
