The municipality of Bergen op Zoom has awarded a framework agreement with a maximum of 3 contractors for graphic design and (loose) printing. The framework agreement will take effect on 1 April 2023 for 2 years + 2 option years. The municipality cannot guarantee a minimum turnover. In recent years, an average spending of € 105,000 excl. VAT per year. This is only an indication, no rights can be derived from this. Graphic design is understood to mean: translating ideas into graphic products, in the correct house style of the various municipal components or in line with a corporate identity of a project. For the delivery of the desired end product, the graphic designer is responsible for the entire process from design to delivery of printed matter on location, including DTP if necessary. In addition, the scope also includes individual printed matter assignments, for which the municipality itself will provide the designs or resources.
