The City of Kortrijk is organising a competition for the supply and service of a nursing call system, this for the new residential care centre with 135 accommodation units, which is being built on the site at Condédreef 16, in Kortrijk, to replace the current residential care centre Sint-Jozef.

The solution offered is futureproof. We ask the applicant to describe the flexibility of their solution in the light of the residents' changing (care) needs.

Ideally, the system is a care communication system whose full flow is in one and the same ecosystem. The system has an eye for both residents and staff and therefore makes it possible to use both fixed and mobile items. In order to maximize the freedom of movement and safety of residents, the solution also has an exact location technique, taking into account the morphology of the building.

The new system is compatible with the existing alarm server in the current WZC Sint-Jozef.

The procedure is also conceived as a framework contract in order to be able to purchase from the contractor during the term, where appropriate, in the event of discontinuation of existing series or cessation of technical support of existing solutions in our other four residential care centres, the contractor meets the conditions which are are stipulated within this procedure.
