Lot 14 Metalwork

The client, the housing industry Leuna GmbH, intends to extensively renovate and renovate the residential building. There are 31 low-barrier apartments on 3 floors (1.BOG/2.OG/ DG) and 6 commercial units on the ground floor.

The building is accessed via 2 stairwells, each with attached elevators. On the residential floors, the residential units are accessed via an internal corridor.

The building is located in the area of a designated area monument of the city of Leuna.

The work is planned in 6 phases, so that the building envelope and the roof construction (roof truss) can remain during the conversion work. It is not possible to work continuously in all construction phases at the same time.

The execution will take place in 6 construction phases. The separation takes place at the former house entrances / staircases. All work is carried out with slight offset. It is therefore to be expected with several approaches according to the construction schedule.

- 50 pieces of sheet steel doors without fire protection requirements

- 13 pieces of steel fire doors (RS, T30-RS, T60-RS, T90-RS)

- 10 pieces of aluminium multi-purpose doors with full glass cut-out and different fire protection requirements (RS, T60-RS)
