The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply, including the sale and provision of high-methane natural gas distribution services with the symbol E to the Ordering Party's facilities, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385).
Supply of gas fuel for the City of Poznań, the Raczyński Library and the Board of Municipal Housing Resources in 20241) The subject of the contract is a comprehensive delivery, including the sale and provision of high-methane natural gas distribution services with the symbol E to the facilities of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385).
2) 2024 – Purchase of gas fuel for the City of Poznań, the Raczyński Library and the Board of Municipal Housing Resources, including sensitive customers of the City of Poznań and the Board of Municipal Housing Resources. Sensitive customers are entities included in whole or in part in the group of customers in accordance with Article 62b paragraph 1 point 2 letters b), c) and d) of the Energy Law, for which tariffs are applied until 31 December 2027 under the provisions of the Act of 26 January 2022 on special solutions for the protection of gas fuel customers in connection with the situation on the gas market (Journal of Laws of 2022.202).
3) The supplied gaseous fuel must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, executive acts and Polish Standards.
4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, m.in. a list of collection points together with tariff groups, contractual capacities and planned quantities of gas consumption and tariff protection is included in Annex 11 to the SWZ.
5) A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the model contracts constituting Annexes 13-15 to the SWZ.
