The assignment includes the following main points:
- delivering licenses to users of the client,
- supporting the client before and during the implementation,
- supervising the implementation of the LMS, whereby the LMS is in line with the new educational vision of the client,
- migrating the data from current systems to the LMS, where necessary,
- realizing and managing customization and standard interfaces and links so that the LMS matches the IT architecture of the client,
- leading the implementation and training and education of all teachers and additional training of key users,
- performing maintenance on the LMS and keeping relevant documentation up-to-date,
- provide users of clients with support by means of a help desk, based on the SLA,
- providing backups of the data in the LMS,
- continuing to support the client's educational vision and ambitions through the LMS.
The assignment to implement an LMS for approximately 3 550 students and to provide the licenses for the aforementioned number of students during the contract period.
